PegasusPro Series Level 1 Training
OVERVIEW
The Promise Technology PegasusPro Level 1 Online training is an introduction to PegasusPro Series hardware and is offered as a primer for anyone working with or selling Promise RAID storage. Level 1 is a prerequisite to attend Promise Level 2 classroom training.
AUDIENCE
This course is intended for:
- Individuals working in any storage environment, including sales and marketing representatives, system engineers, storage administrators, network administrators, project managers and system analysts.
- Storage professionals needing specific knowledge to position and sell Promise RAID storage.
PREREQUISITES
Student must have a base level understanding of computer hardware
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
- Basic storage knowledge (types and tiers of storage)
- Basic understanding of computing concepts
NETWORK AND SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE
- Network fundamentals
- Server basics
- Basic storage application knowledge
OBJECTIVES
