HSINCHU, Taiwan, October 12, 2016 – Promise Technology, a leading rich media storage technology provider, announced it will be previewing its upcoming Thunderbolt™ 3 solutions for users on Macs and PCs, Pegasus3 and SANLink3, at Broadcast India. Additionally, Promise will be showcasing its VTrak A-Class shared SAN appliance which is ideal for multi-user collaboration to ingest, edit, stream, and process rich media. Demos of Pegasus3, SANLink3 and VTrak A-Class will take place in Promise’s booth (D-423) on the show floor at the Bombay Convention Center in Mumbai, India from October 20 - 22.

- Pegasus3: Pegasus3 with Thunderbolt 3 technology delivers blistering performance speeds for creative professionals creating high resolution video and rich media content. Promise’s new Pegasus3 line will be available in 4-bay, 6-bay, and 8-bay configurations.
- SANLink3: Promise will showcase the upcoming SANLink3 16G Fibre Channel interface and the SANLink3 NBASE-T Ethernet interface. The bus-powered SANLink3 T1 model interfaces with a single Thunderbolt 3 port to a single NBASE-T Ethernet port, supporting 2.5, 5 or 10Gbps speeds. The SANLink3 16G FC interfaces with two Thunderbolt 3 ports to two Fiber Channel ports, all in a compact design.
- VTrak A-Class: A-Class is a true “solution in a box” RAID storage subsystem, with an integrated metadata appliance and embedded file system for big data, along with a NAS Gateway.
