enhanced localized service and support - customers in the Middle East can now work closely with a PROMISE team strategically positioned in the heart of the region. The PROMISE team in Dubai is uniquely aware of the local market and its requirements, and can provide quick support and service for a range of requests from pre-sales to after sales support, including covering RMA replacement services which will enable customers to experience the benefits of quicker turnaround times.
