Going to return this product based on the app. I have not even gotten to try it on my MAC yet but most of my photos are stored on my phone so it was easiest to start loading from the app. All I can say is I waited days for them to load. The app must be open (you cannot do anything else on your phone while loading or it will go offline). So basically your phone has to be set down for hours (or days at a time) on a charger since it quickly drains the battery. Not possible. Not to mention every 3-5 minutes the app drops mid-loading so you must restart the whole process. So disappointed in such a high rated product.

I just got the device based on their advertising that it will back seamisly with google drive. I follow the steps and nothing happen so I call their phone and could NOT understand a word on the guy. I keep asking him to speak more clearly or slow then he hang up on me, FANTASTIC!

Going to return it and buy something else.

We use ours mostly for photos. Over the years we have ended up with duplicates among our many devices. A photo management feature that allows for the identification (already does this for most pictures, it stacks them on top of eachother and will show you what device they are on) and removal of duplicate pictures and videos would be amazing. Also, a more robust description of it’s capabilities and how it works for those that may not be as tech savvy would be nice.
