The individual will need to have prior test development experience relating to test planning, designing, and execution. OEM account Manager
Job Summary:
As part of the OEM/Major Accounts management team at Promise USA, the candidate will ensure complete customer satisfaction with all branches of Promise services for selected OEM / Major Customer Accounts and help the sales teams to generate forecasted revenue or beyond.
Accounts Management Team is responsible for managing all aspects of the business for the customers defined as OEM / Major customer accounts.

Job Summary:
In this position, the Inside Sales person will be responsible for pre-sales support via phone and email for Apple VAR’s, SI’s, Distributors, and End Users.
Essential Job Function:
Out-bound and in-bound sales calls and emails to answer any and all customer pre-sales questions about all Promise products
Sell evaluation units as out-lined in the evaluation samples program. The eval units sales goals will be assigned for every quarter
Help customers with technical pre-sales questions
