With the ability to serve multiple host computers simultaneously, a single VTrak E-Class RAID can deliver over 1400MB/sec of proven read performance and 600MB/sec of write performance. When used with Xsan, the combined solution rivals the performance of much higher priced solutions. Users can further improve performance by scaling volumes across several VTrak units which can simultaneously boost overall performance over the SAN. |
